Things change, we get it. If you have made a No1 Lounges booking but your flight details have now changed, don't worry, you can quickly and easily change your booking. 

If you have booked direct via changing your booking details is free of charge if this change is taking place more than 48 hours before your arrival time to the lounge. If you are making changes within 48 hours of your arrival time, you may be subject to a small admin fee. Please note, if you are changing your booking from an 'off-peak' time, to a time that is considered a 'peak', the price for this booking may have increased and an additional fee may be payable to confirm your booking.

Please note, if you have booked your lounge visit via a third-party or reseller, changing your booking may be subject to fees. 

Edit a booking using your online account

If you have an account with No1 Lounges, please visit and log in. From here, you will be able to view your upcoming bookings and edit them.

In your account area you can make changes to your booking date and time.

Contacting Guest Relations

If you don't have an account on our website to manage your booking, please contact our Guest Relations team who will be happy to help you manage your lounge booking. 

To help our team help you as quickly and efficiently as possible, please send all of the following details when raising your enquiry with Guest Relations:

  • Original booking reference (the booking reference you received on the booking you are now wishing to change) 
  • The full name of the person who is listed as the lead passenger on this booking
  • New booking details, including: airport name, airport terminal you are flying from and your new flight departure time
  • How many guests should be on this booking and their ages, are they 12+?

Third-Party & Reseller bookings

If you made your lounge booking via one of our partners such as Holiday Extras, Dragon Pass, the airport website (Heathrow, Birmingham or Gatwick Airport) or any other partners, in order to make any changes to your booking you will need to contact these partners directly.
